Dr. Victor Avigdor Hurowitz asked me to forward the sad news that Professor Moshe Greenberg of the Hebrew University Bible Department passed away on Shabbat morning and that his funeral will take place today, Sunday, May 16, at 5:00 PM at Jerusalem's Har Hamenuhot Cemetery, the funeral leaving from the Qehillat Yerushalayim funeral hall.May his memory be for a blessing.
