Samaritan Passover 2018

SAMARITAN WATCH: West Bank neighbors flock to Mt. Gerizim for Samaritan Passover sheep slaughter. Both Israeli and Palestinian community leaders in attendance, demonstrating storied religious minority's successful ability to straddle political divide (Times of Israel). The Samaritans celebrate Passover, but on a slightly different schedule from Jewish Passover. This year their Passover sacrifice took place yesterday, on 29 April.
