Earliest fragment of Paul's Letter to the Romans?

A NEW FRAGMENT OF ROMANS has reportedly been discovered in recent days and provisionally dated to the mid-second century. If the report turns out to be correct, this would be one of the earliest surviving fragments of the New Testament.
