Dr. Jost’s research is part of the Textual History of the Ethiopic Old Testament (THEOT) project comprised of colleagues in North America, Africa and Europe. This project analyzes manuscripts written in Ge`ez, which is the ancient language of Ethiopia and the liturgical language of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church.
