Kotel Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitch has demanded that the Israel Museum transfer a rare Second Beis Hamikdash-era stone bearing the inscription “To the Place of Trumpeting” to the Western Wall Heritage Foundation. Another stone is mentioned in the article as having been displayed in the Knesset. It was moved from there to Ben Gurion Airport. The article reports that it has been returned, apparently to the to the Western Wall Heritage Foundation. Looks like I mentioned the stone that was on display at the Defense Ministry here. I was not aware of a stone on display at the President’s Residence.
